
Credit card processing and related services
First Data Corporation, a provider of electronic commerce and payment processing, has signed an agreement to provide credit card processing and related services to New York-based First Niagara Bank (view press release). As part of the deal, First Data will provide the bank with credit card processing, web self-service tools, fraud detection, prevention and other risk management services, customer card through IVR and live agent services, fraud and dispute claims management, statement production and loyalty services.
