
Emailed receipts
Citibank is launching electronic ATMs which incorporate paperless receipts (view press release). The new option available via Citibank branch ATMs, have been designed to remove the need for paper receipts, while providing a way to track ATM transactions. Customers will be given the option to have their receipt emailed to them or have them printed with or without a copy of a cheque – if a cheque deposit was made. They also have the option not to receive a receipt.
