
Krungsri Quick Pay
Bank of Ayudhya is partnering with insurance company, AIA Thailand, to launch a new mobile payments solution, reports The Nation. The new solution dubbed Krungsri Quick Pay, is designed to give AIA customers high security in insurance premium payments by Krungsri credit cards through AIA agents across Thailand.
“The launch of ‘Krungsri Quick Pay’ is part of the bank’s e-strategy to stay at the forefront by launching financial technology solutions which provide convenience and improve customer experience using fast-growing channels such as the internet and the mobile phone.” Philip Tan, the bank’s head of E-Business. “The gross transaction values for mobile payments in Thailand are estimated to rise to USD6.9 billion in 2015.”
