Mobile Money Network (MMN) has signed up British outfitter, Thomas Pink, allowing customers to buy merchandise on the go using the Thomas Pink instant mobile checkout (view press release). The retailer – whose mobile checkout will be powered by MMN’s Simply Tap – joins a growing list of retailers and media owners partnering with Mobile Money Network in an effort to boost sales conversion across existing and new retail channels, while capitalising on the upsurge in shopping from mobile devices.
“Mobile shopping is taking off, but the beauty of shopping powered by Simply Tap is that our customers can use it across multiple channels,” said Alex Field, global head of marketing at Thomas Pink. “This includes in store and buying direct from advertising as well as from a dedicated mobile checkout.”
Other partners who have inked deals with MMN include Associated Newspapers, Carphone Warehouse and more recently Liam Gallagher’s menswear stores Pretty Green.
