Consumers are asking for more services from a wider variety of Points of Interaction (PoI). Demand is increasing for new mobility-related services, such as airtime top-up and transfer. As this happens, consumer money related services are also increasingly in demand, e.g, domestic or international money transfer, purchase or reload of prepaid cards, or bill payment. Consumers are looking for easier access to services such as ticketing for cultural & sporting events, lotteries and betting.
