
Introducing new apps
BBVA Compass bank is launching two native applications for the Windows Phone platform and Kindle Fire tablet (view press release). It currently provides mobile banking apps for iPhone and iPad mobile digital devices, BlackBerry devices and the Android mobile digital platform.
The new apps will leverage the devices’ specific user experience offering access to mobile banking features such as bill pay, account transfers, review balances and also allows users to view images of paid cheques.
Alex Carriles, executive vice president and director of Mobile Strategy and Retail Innovation at BBVA Compass said: “This is part of our on-going commitment to create a seamless customer experience. With apps customized for each device, we can provide the most robust user experience possible and offer access to banking services wherever and whenever is most convenient for our customers.”
