
Partnering with TIO Networks
Cloud-based bill payment processor TIO Networks Corp. is launching a mobile app for El Paso Electric customers (view press release). The app is aimed at providing consumers with greater flexibility in terms of payment options and includes support for payments via credit, debit and ACH. El Paso’s customers will be able to pay bills using iPhones, iPads and Android smartphones and tablets.
TIO currently powers self-serve bill pay kiosks and walk-up payment locations in west Texas and southern New Mexico for El Paso Electric customers. Vice President of Customer Care at El Paso Electric, Kerry Lore, said: “El Paso Electric is always looking for ways to improve customer service. “That’s why we’re very pleased to partner with TIO to offer our customers a payment option that is quick and convenient.”
