A+ rating for exemplary customer service
Mobile payments and carrier billing provider PayOne Corporation has been awarded an A+ rating for exemplary customer service by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The grade indicates that BBB has confidence that PayOne is operating in a responsive and trustworthy manner and makes all efforts to resolve any customer inquiries quickly.
BBB Accreditation is an indication for consumers to know that a business has been thoroughly reviewed and is committed to a set of ethical standards for marketplace conduct.
PayOne provides over 4 billion consumers in 80-plus countries to use their mobile phone for secure mobile payments.
According to Brad Singer, PayOne’s Executive Vice President, “We are honored to receive the highest level rating from the BBB, which is the most well-established organization for recognizing customer service and business excellence. Consumer security, privacy and service are critical in mobile payments, and trust and confidence in PayOne as the underlying provider has been paramount to our success.”
