Launching mobile loyalty management suite
mopay, a payment solutions provider for online merchants, has launched its mobile loyalty management suite, which integrates with its payment process (view press release). The solution includes customer relationship management, loyalty and gamification tools. In addition, the solution enables mopay clients to add an opt-in feature and sign up for a mobile loyalty programme.
Using the solution, online merchants can accept payments and process them to mobile, landline and broadband carrier bills. This allows them to bill users who do not have a credit card. The suite also provides news of special deals, announcements and customer service inquiries. Users can receive texts with special deals that are valid for a certain time. These ‘flash deals’ allow users to save up to 50% on online goods.
