Mobile browser bill pay solution
The increasing dominance of smart phones such as the iPhone and Android has led finance technology provider Online Resources Corporation (ORCC) to introduce a new Mobile Browser Bill Pay solution, aimed at businesses wishing to respond to consumer demand (view press release).
The new browser solution comes as an add-on to the biller’s existing payment system, which allows customers to pay their bills whilst on the go, making the payment process more efficient for mobile users who have previously had to pinch and zoom in on payment websites designed for desktop computers.
“In today’s fast-paced, multi-device environment, consumers increasingly expect to pay their bills through a variety of channels and through the most convenient means,” Janie West, chief marketing officer of ORCC, said. “Billers can [now] deliver a user-friendly solution that allows their customers to better manage their bills through any payment channel, whether it’s mobile, web, or telephone.”
