Enhancing its payment options
International Indian airline Jet Airways has announced the introduction of a new payment option dubbed Cash on Delivery. The additional option allows customers to book their tickets online and pay by cash later.
Once tickets are purchased online, passengers opting for this new choice will be contacted by GharPay, a provider of cash-on-delivery payments, to confirm the time and location for collecting payment. E-tickets are sent via email once payment is collected. Cash on Delivery is currently available in 16 cities covering over 900 postal codes with a number or cities to be added.
Sudheer Raghavan, Chief Commercial Officer of Jet Airways said: “Jet Airways is committed to significantly enhancing the payment options available for all its guests, with an eye on convenience.”
