PaymentEye were at the Retail Business Technology Expo this week at Earls Court London. There was a great choice of innovative solutions on display within a number of sectors ranging from eCommerce to cards and payments. One of the most popular of topics discussions was omni-channel solutions.
We got the chance to catch up with PayPal’s Head of Retail Services Robert Harper who gave us an insight into PayPal’s strategic focus. Particuilarly its intiative in re-imaging the consumer experience through mobile and online channels. PayPal Check In was the new location-based retail solution on display, bringing together the consumer and merchant via mobile.
