
Call for entries now open
Gx hosted the call for entries launch party for the Prepaid Awards and Emerging Payment Awards last Thursday at the Adam Street Private Members Club, London. PaymentEye were there with a number guests from across the value chain including retailers, banks, processors, issuers, distributors and many others committed to growing the market.
Kevin Harrington Managing Director of Gx and the Prepaid Awards officially announced the call for entries: “Prepaid Awards recognises the significant commercial achievements in the prepaid payments sector. Launched in 2008, the Prepaid Awards is delivered in conjunction with the Emerging Payments Awards. We bring together people and companies from across the industry to acknowledge the achievements made in these payment sectors. Call for entries are now open.”
In 2013 the Prepaid Awards will be celebrating the evolution of prepaid into emerging payments by establishing the Emerging Payments Awards. On 2nd October 2013 at the Lancaster Hotel, London industry leaders will gather to be part of the Prepaid Awards and Emerging Payments Awards to champion quality, excellence and innovation around the world. Over 750 people are expected to attend these awards where we will be announcing the winners of both the Prepaid Awards and the Emerging Payment Awards.
