Growing mobile commerce and payments platform Braintree has announced that Rob von Behren has joined the company as lead engineer for its San Francisco office.
Von Behren is widely considered as a pioneer in the mobile payments space having co-founded Google Wallet and most recently working as an engineer with Square. He will help to Braintree’s one-touch mobile payment solution Venmo.
