FTS, a global billing provider has announced that daPhone Brand Srl, the Romanian telecom operator, is offering more services in Europe including a FTS convergent prepaid and postpaid charging, billing and customer support solution.
FTS’ MVNO billing solution will offer various new services to daPhone Brand Srl. These include, web self-care and registration, customer management, mobile inventory management and voucher management for the telecom operator’s complete range of voice, data and messaging solutions. Moreover, the FTS’s Leap Billing service will facilitate multiple operations for daPhone Brand Srl. through a single platform. These operations can be supported regardless of the location.
“One of the main reasons we selected FTS was because of the support it offers us as both an MVNO and an MVNE. The Leap Billing platform allows us to introduce fully configurable branded services with increased flexibility, meaning that we’ll be able to expand our customer base with an improved customer experience,” said Dan Feuerstein, CEO at daPhone Brand Srl.
