
New appointment
Martine Birot has been appointed EVP Human Resources and Internal Communication, reporting to Philippe Lazare, CEO of Ingenico. She succeeds Mathieu Gagnard who will co-head the e-Healthcare/e-ID Business Unit.
To support the Group’s global development, Martine brings 25 years of experience in HR, with international groups such as Solvay, Motorola and Technicolor, based in France, Sweden and China.
More recently, at Converteam, Martine managed the implementation of worldwide HR processes, notably for compensation & benefits and global recruitment. She has also managed the HR activities related to two LBOs. After the acquisition by General Electric in 2011, Martine managed the HR integration and later on the organization of worldwide P&L and growth Regions.
Martine Birot graduated from the Sorbonne University and the CELSA.
