Simplifying process for merchants
iyzi Payments, an Istanbul-based mobile payment provider, has received USD1.4m in a funding round led by Pachicle Invest, SpeedInvest and Beenos Asia. iyzi Payments, which launched in 2012, is focussed purely on the Turkish market and offers online retailers API software that allows them to receive and process card payments. iyzi Payments will use the new funding to accelerate growth.
“Integrating and handling payments is a challenge for online merchants all over the world, and there is no difference in Turkey. Our goal is to simplify handling payments for merchants, and to offer a “fast and easy” way to integrate payment methods with the check-out process while always remaining PCI-DSS compliant. ” says iyzi Payments CEO Barbaros Özbugutu
