Customer acquisition is next
Springbot, an Atlanta-based e-commerce marketing firm, has received USD3m in a Series A funding round led by TechOperators with participation from TTV Capital, Nonami Investments and Forte Ventures.
Springbot, which launched in 2012, delivers e-commerce marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses to help drive more traffic, conversions and revenue. Springbot will use the new funds for customer acquisition as well as to expand the development, sales and customer service teams.
The e-commerce market is a USD200 billion industry, with the small and medium business segment accounting for about half that revenue.
