
Ed Eger, who has served as senior vice president and general manager of the Americas at PayPal, Inc. and been an advisor to the CEO at eBay Corporation, has been appointed to Digital River’s Board of Directions.
Eger comes with a wealth of experience in areas such as financial services, management, branding and risk management from his time at CitiGroup, which saw him take responsibility for an organisation that spanned 50 countries and served more than 40 million customers worldwide.
Prior to joining Citigroup in 1999, Eger worked in various business management positions with Advanta, Standard Chartered Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and McKinsey & Company.
