American Journal Experts (AJE) has announced the addition of Alipay and Fapiao options for online payments in Chinese Yuan Renminbi (RMB).
AJE has expanded its transactional capabilities to include payment processing by Alipay and official Fapiao invoicing to serve the rapidly growing Chinese market.
The addition of Alipay is to improve service standards and provide excellent customer experience to the market’s consumers. Offering Chinese customers Fapiao invoicing provides them with the security of government-approved purchase receipts for use in record keeping and reimbursement.
“Increasing the ease and security of payment is just one way that AJE is working to provide the highest level of service to Chinese researchers,” said Deric Corlew, VP of Manuscript Services. In the coming year, additional improvements to AJE transaction and service interactions are anticipated to take effect.
