Optimal Payments has selected RS2 Smart Processing, a wholly owned subsidiary of RS2 Software PLC, as its payments processor for UK and European merchants.
The service went live in September and has been delivered ahead of schedule. Customers of RS2 consist of major international and domestic banks, other processors, oil companies, and other specialised payments service providers worldwide.
RS2’s flagship solution, BankWORKS®, is a powerful portfolio offering designed to meet current and future requirements across the payments industry, such as card issuance, transaction processing, clearing and settlement. The solution also offers dispute management and internet services.
“This partnership with RS2, a leader in the acquiring industry, is a reflection of our commitment to bring the most comprehensive payment processing solutions to our merchants and customers,” said Danny Chazonoff, COO at Optimal Payments. “The new multi-channel offering gives merchants the flexibility to offer their customers a diverse set of payment and billing options to fit their needs without requiring a separate acquiring partner.”
