Banco Santander Chile was the first financial institution in Chile to migrate credit and debit cards to an EMV contactless chip technology and with a view to providing the highest security standards.
These cards have an authentication system that ensures a high level of security in all transactions, and was rolled out without generating any additional costs for the Bank’s clients.
