Dan Cobley, Brightbridge Ventures, CEO

Dan Cobley spent eight and a half years working at Google, joining as UK Marketing Director in 2006 before being named VP of Marketing for Europe and finally UK MD. Dan left Google in May 2014 to establish his own FinTech incubator, backed by Blenheim Chalcot and QED Investors.

Myles Stephenson, WEX Europe, Managing Director

Myles is a co-founder of CorporatePay (now Wex Europe). He has extensive experience in the payment card market, including seven years with Retail Decisions and Marks & Spencer. Stephenson founded CorporatePay in 2008 and played a pivotal role in building the company into one of the UK’s leading providers of commercial prepaid solutions. In 2014 CorporatePay became WEX Europe after its acquisition by WEX Inc., a leading provider of corporate payment solutions. Myles earned his MA in Biochemistry at Christ Church, Oxford University, conducting his research project at Padova University, Italy.

David Kelin has almost thirty years' commercial experience working in leading organisations such as Bank of America, Citibank, Lloyds Bank and Alterna Technologies in the areas of liquidity, treasury and cash management. Throughout his career he has worked with many large and small companies, helping them set up Shared Service Centres (SSCs) and was involved in advising the SSC and Payments Factory in their choice and use of systems during his time at Bank of America. David is a regular trainer and has developed and tutored many courses on Treasury, Cash Management and Treasury Technology across Europe and Asia.

Tim Healy, FIX Trading Community, Global Marketing and Communications Manager

Tim Healy has almost 30 years of experience with the financial services sector and is currently the Global Marketing and Communications Manager for the FIX Trading Community, having joined in late 2013. Tim started his career in the City working for US Equity broker, Dean Witter Reynolds, and worked his way through the ranks to become a Sales Trader. He later went on to work for PaineWebber and Citigroup in a similar role. Prior to his position at the FIX Trading Community, Tim worked for a number of different vendors and brokers involved in the electronic trading sector where he was focused on sales and account management.

Ben Poole, Ben Poole Editorial Services, Freelance Writer and Editor

Ben Poole is a freelance writer and editor, specialising in financial technology, corporate treasury and transaction banking. He regularly contributes feature articles to a variety of trade press publications, including bobsguide, provides content for banks and technology vendors, and acts as a moderator at a variety of industry events. Prior to going freelance in 2011, Ben was Editor of gtnews, the global treasury and finance resource.
