What we offer?
TPL is an authorised and regulated Mastercard and Visa Europe Principal Member providing white-label, European BIN sponsorship and modular prepaid services.
We issue Mastercard and Visa physical and virtual prepaid cards including corporate expense cards, general spend cards, gift cards, money share cards, travel and foreign exchange cards, payroll and payroll–plus cards and affiliate commission cards.
The Company’s license has been successfully passported into EU and EEA member states enabling us to issue prepaid cards across Europe.
We currently have live programs in 23 European countries including The UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria, France, Poland, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Portugal and in 13 different currencies including GBP, Euro, US Dollar, Rand, Forint, Krona and Zloty.
Our service offering is fully integrated with many leading processors including Global Processing Services (GPS), i2c, FIS and eMerchants Ltd (EML). We can also integrate with any client’s proprietary processing system enabling flexibility, cost-efficiency, fast program implementation and reliable ongoing management.
TPL’s clients include regulated financial institutions, financial services companies, marketing organisations, mobile phone operators, retail chains, large and small corporates, and government institutions.
BIN sponsorship
As licensed member of Mastercard and Visa and a Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) authorised e-Money Institution, we provide BIN sponsorship services to regulated organisations as well as those that are not financial institutions but still wish to run their own prepaid card programs.
Our BIN sponsorship services provide a compliant connection between your organisation and the card scheme network, enabling transaction processing and the settlement of cardholders funds, along with meeting regulatory compliance needs.
Payment accounts
Through key partner Agency Banking relationships, TPL is able to offer payment account services to our partners.
This enables our partners to be able to automate payments utilising UK and SEPA based Faster Payments and Direct Debit arrangements.
E/M wallets
As a licenced e-Money Institution, TPL is able to provide sponsorship of e and m Wallet technical solutions.
