In October 2014, Zafin, an award-winning provider of relationship banking software solutions to the financial services industry, announced that Kayne Partners has invested $15 million ($USD) in the company to grow its business. The partnership will enable Zafin to significantly expand its international sales and marketing efforts, as well as accelerate their product roadmap.
Kayne Partners is the growth private equity group of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. a $30 billion alternative investment firm.
