Moneysupermarket/Mother London – “Epic Strut” campaign

In the words of Marketing Magazine, Moneysupermarket’s Epic Strut campaign is “funny, weird and has absolutely nothing to do with insurance.”

The combination, created by Mother agency, seems to have hit the viral sweetspot, with the online video racking up an impressive 18,000 shares in its first five days of release and currently clocking in at over a million views on YouTube.

Sharon Osbourne makes a cameo in the one minute video, which sees a man called Dave save money through the price-comparison site and being inspired to strut through the streets of Los Angeles in denim hot pants and killer heels to The Pussycat Dolls’ Don’t Cha. It’s certainly memorable.
